Our next mtg is proposed for Aug. 14, Friday at 6:30pm. Location to be finalised.

1.Update on mtg Cosmic Dancer and I had with a lawyer on the proper legal entities to structure the center.

2. Review of some discussed issues from last mtg.

3. Next step.

4. AOB (maybe we shoulds set a regular mtg schedule until we get through all the issues).
