When it comes to releasing 'it' as a man I dont think its actually the 'it' that is being refered to If you know what I mean.

I think it is the release of the ENERGY, and therfore, that would cover both sexes. I think anyway.

My high school gym teacher (who handled all the sexual education for the boys in my school) told us that with every ounce of semen we release we will eventually lose an ounce of brain matter. I think he was exaggerating, but maybe there is something to this.

Of course, this was many, many years ago. Nowadays they probably tell kids to do it as much as possible.
