This strikes me as funny. I use minty skin too, because the Blue skin is too hard on my eyes. There are several members who use the blue skin that select colours that have high contrast in blue skin but are almost impossible to read in minty.

Using default colours, means everyone can read your posts.

I have to automatically skip over posts using yellow or light blue letters, because I can't read them without strain.

I'm sure that's not the effect the posters are trying to create, but it's ends up the net result, for me anyway.

Oh well.

Thanks for the bump.

I see what would be different --- I've got my display set to "MINTY" which everything appears on a white background

Then for you, or anyone else set on the default "AVALON ELECTRIC", THAT background is dark.

Ah SO = the issue is the CONTRAST
