If you affirm the law of freewill, why do you exclude nuclear war? Who told you nuclear war is excluded from the repertoir of humanity?

My higher self which resides in Nirvana, the ruler of this, our universe, who some refer to as God, and the Prime Creator/Existence. rule of all the universes. A decree was made about 60 years ago to remove the use of nuclear weapons from that aspect of free will. In the late 60's our rulers also declared that humans will not be permitted to return to the surface of the moon, unless some new agreements are reached. The dark forces are well aware of this decree.
To this date no one has been able to breach or penetrate the shield that has been laid down by the light. Neither has anyone satisfactorily explained, why after so much effort and fanfare to land humans on the moon, they simply abandon any further effort to go there.
I believe the declaration of the light to be true, until some entity steps forward and proves otherwise. or breach the agreement.
Mother earth, after all the negative blood shed, and disintegration she has suffered, at the hands of dark entities, is well on her way to fifth density existence. NO NUCLEAR war will to tolerated, so as to prevent this from happening.
