theres nothing wrong with eating animals, and it does not lower your vibration, it's completly natural, if it wasn't animals wouldn't eat other animals, it's called the food chain. if meat wasn't supposed to be eatin' it would be eatable and tasty and good for you. protioen is nessesary to build muscle. i love meat, i love vegetables too!
