I bet this has something to do with the Grid of energies on the earth...The "vile vortices."

David Wilcock among many others talk about this. But the reason the original military guy theorized/discovered this grid system (forget his name at the moment) was due to him observing flight patterns of numerous UFO sightings in the same areas and on seemingly the same trajectories.

I bet these areas in Mexico have a good "energy" track in them, and thats why we see a ton of sightings spring up from that region. Id say the same about UK area with the constant rashes of sightings/crop cirlces.

These beings are tapping into energy we (as it APPEARS) do not use. I think its pretty cool that we can actually observe that via where these sightings historically occur.
