Karen was the first person to help me on Avalon when I had a technical problem, and she got my problem fixed in a day! - its very disheartening to see so many respected members leave in such a way and that they disapprove with the current state of affairs. I hope the best for you Karen, you were always a great person with everyone and this won't be forgotten, I certainly won't forget you.

Dear Karen, I read each day's new threads and posts with a feeling of trepidation. And yes, today another nail in Avalon's coffin.

You will be greatly missed. You have spent so much of your time and energy to make this forum a home for many of us. And if a problem occurred you were our Ms Fixit! You have first hand knowledge of what's going on behind the scenes and the fact that you have made this decision speaks highly of your integrity and respect for yourself.

Karen, I've always had a strong telepathic picture of you as somebody who's amazingly dedicated and conscientious and driven, no matter what the cost was to yourself. You've set a wonderful standard for other Mods to come part way to emulating.

I've also always felt it would be a good thing for you personally to step back a lot, though. I have a strong impression that your body's physical complaints were mostly the result of your taking on too big a burden all the time. I believe the problem with the nerve in your leg is often the result of overstraining the back. So maybe your body's been trying to tell you for a while that it's time to take things easy? Your amazing generosity is a beautiful thing and it's proof that your spirit is highly evolved. But there are times when it's appropriate to turn one's generosity off and to feel perfectly OK about doing so.

Trying to recruit again over a sad goodbye?

Karen - you were very good to me, and I wish you well wherever you choose to be in this alternative media, and elsewhere. We shall miss you, and we shall all miss each other when we need our friendship the most.

This sad situation should be turned around into positive mode - a release for some to carry out the mission this forum intended (lessons learned), and to those here to promote goodwill and pro-humanitarian activities. We are aware, let us promote awareness however we can, gently and with back-up of facts - so everyone can reason and react rationally without fear.

There is no rift - there is positive diversification - we will all reunite as we have the same goals - to save humanity and our wonderful Gaia, and progress in this incredible process. We are truly privileged.....
