I'd be into this for helping with posture and scoliosis if I weren't so broke

anywhere to get something similar on the cheap?

I was advised to go and try them in a shop for correct size and then to order them on Ebay .
They are then much more affordable .
Make sure you get authentic MBTs though as some are counterfeited.
I was told for europe that german and english retailers can be trusted in general.

My chung shi shoes were one of my best investments. Great for posture.

Rowing and weight lifting (safely) are also great for posture and spinal alignment.

The Egoscue method also worked for me.
