Looks like they are energizing water with the sun's rays. The other one looks like a medical pictoral showing the different parts of the body the sun will heal when taken in through the eyes.

Here is a drawing of the solar transfer station through which

The drawing is from the description by Lou Baldin in the book , “A Day With An Extraterrestrial”.

Although he doesn’t say, from his description it seems that one side of the perfect square structure is more than 30 to 60 miles.

When you are in the transfer station the side that faces the sun is a giant window through which the sun can be seen with perfect clarity. The sun fills the entire mirror so it is very close to t he sun.
