Absolutely they are incarnation memories, and she is at the perfect age to convey them, before they fade and when she is able to articulate.

I would suggest that you talk to her about these during times in which she is very relaxed, like before bed, or whenever she brings it up. And write down what she says....she will forget soon (although with these new kids, who knows).
