These are all just non-invasive tags, nothing implanted. Just wrist bands and leg bands and such. It's actually not a bad idea, especially in very large hospitals and medical centers where misplacing patients can happen, and does happen.

For use in the Healthcare, nothing too sinister there...
However, What I find questionable is that the Government would like us all to carry such things as; ID Cards, consider Veri-Chips and wear Tags (not the watch). They want us to trust them!?!?
