Before he was silenced by those alphabet agencies our charge was putting together materials for his Ulimate Disclosure on black budget programs, facilities, personnel involved. He placed a trailer of this on youtube some months ago, giving nothing away of course merely pointing to the forthcoming final disclosures. I think it is a fact that "disclosure" began probably before you were born.

It did before I was born, and I am 57.

Of what use is a 'whistle blower" if the whistle he blows is not in tune with another "whistle blower"?

Of what use is a "disclosure project" that has people stand up and state their name rank and serial number and say that they are willing to testify before congress... then sit down having disclosed nothing?

Of what use is a "whistle blower" when he provides hints to look for then denies them once someone else digs up the facts?

"disclosure" will only happen in drips and drops for the foreseeable future... but when anything strange happens in the news someone will jump up and say "See? This is what I was talking about!"

"disclosure" will only happen to those who understand what is really going on... does anyone know what is really going on? With all the confusion by the "whistle blowers" there is no way to know which is real, which is false, or which is deliberate misinformation...
