What I noticed with the information was that the x-terrestials were hermaphrodites. From our perspective, we would normally consider this not biologically feasible for an advanced species because of the genetic defects being passed to the next generation. However, it was also stated that they were evolved enough to control their genetics by thought, so they managed to nullify the problem of genetic defects by their level of spiritual development.

Also the idea of the ultimate housing being a force field is interesting. The whole house, from the inside is really 1 big window. No obstruction.

Yes! The 'Doku' houses they have, what a great idea that when you are inside you can see everything outside.

and I love the anti-grav belts with the hand controller to fly around.

Jaime Maussan has footage of some flying 'angel' humanoids in mexico that look like they are using this same technology. Please watch this very important footage. the angels come in at about 4 minutes 35 seconds of this video:
