joaocbm Avalon Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2008 Posts: 12	All withdrawals and electronic payments down right now In Portugal, where i live, all withdrawals and eletronic payments are down. Noone can get money from the atm and they are saying it is a software issue, however the message that is displayed in the atm screens is" your money usage for today is: 0.00€". This message is completely new in the system.
