In the light of Bill's very informative interview with the UK "whistleblower"
this thread does connect some more dots for us ALL
I thought it best to post this as a new thread and not on Bill's Video link as it might have got lost in ALL the comments.

This is dated 19th Feb 2010 - so guess it is a new "CON~ference!

Watching this guy really gives you a nasty feeling - and note the "eye contact"
