On my healing list, every night before I go to sleep I focus for the protection and well being of my freinds/family/work mates/neighbours/people on this site. Finishing up (this takes a lot of focus) with enveloping the entire Earth in light.

I try and hold this for as long as possible. Also a good way to get to sleep
