Translaters Struggle With Alien Message

Several Translators have come up with different traslations for the telepathic message. Which one of these do you think it is , or do you hear a different message.

1.We gotta stop giving these civilizations nuclear technology

3.Careful, these humans are an endangered species on the brink of extinction

4.We probably shouldn't show them the particle accelerator free energy technology just yet...
