Actually, there is a lot to the Maltese Cross but simply it is a symbol of oscillation, or the vibration, harmonic of a an 8 pointed star which is the combination of 2, 4 pointed stars. A ‘+’ and an ‘X’ = 8 pointed Star. The melding of energy’s in the center- the Nexus for transformation.
