Default 01-01-'10

There are only 12 days in a year that Americans & Europeans don't mix up the date.
Today (01-01-'10) is the first one.
The next will be at ...
...
"02-02-'10?!"
Yessss!!!
Than we have 03-03-'10, 04-04-'10, 05-05-'10, etc. all the way to 12-12-'10

So why is it that 9/11 in America is 11/9 in Europe?

Ok, I put as much store in date numerology as I put in, well....
It's completely illogical, and arbitrary when compared against the truly "great clocks" of the earth, and universe.

But I'm up, it's early, and I'm still working of coffee #1. So...

One of the dates TranCoso put forth is fun in an odd way:

10-10-10

Nope! cain't hardly confuse that one, no matter how you read it!

Unless... taken without the divisions you have 101010. A 'puter geek can't help but see it as a binary number, that...

when converted to its decimal equivalent furnishes you with the Douglas Adams genuine, accept no substitute, answer to Life, the Universe, and Everything!

42

... and with that, I'll go finish my coffee.

Here's something that I discovered one day many years ago when I looked at a calculator keypad. Start with the two numbers on the left of the bottom row (1 and 2) they add up to the number on the right of that row (3). Now add the two numbers on the top and middle of the left column (7 and 4) if you drop the ten, they come to the bottom number on that side (1). OK, now take the two numbers on the right hand side of the top row (8 and 9) they add up to the number on the left (7). Finally, in this pattern, add the two numbers on the bottom of the right column (6 and 3) they equal the number at the top of that column (9).

Now here was another thing that I noticed that started to make me wonder what it was I had discovered - add the two numbers on the right side of the bottom row (2 and 3) and they come to the number in the center of the keypad (5). Now, following that same placement pattern, add the two numbers in the remaining row and columns and you'll find that they add up to the same figure.

Fascinating isn't it? But it doesn't end there - take the left and the right number in the bottom row, they add up to the center number in the left column. Add the top and bottom number in the left column and they equal the number in the center of the top row. Go on, I know you will - add the left and right numbers in the top row and see what they come to. Keep going with the right column and see what the answer is.

Now, add all three numbers in the center row, then the center column, then the two diagonals. Each of these additions come to 15. It just keeps going - pick any placement pattern you like and see what you can come up with - it'll either drive you potty or keep you amused for hours. Have fun.

Multiply 13.837 with your age & multiply the outcome of that with 73.

Maybe here...
http://cowaro.com/Date/Endeavour.html

There are three formats commonly used in the US
- Logical: Year - Month - Day
- Civilian: Month - Day - Year
- Military: Day - Month - Year

Apparantly it's even more complicated than I first presumed.
The format used in Europe is the US's military format.
At least we've made it easy for them, in case they decide to invade The Hague, because we sentenced an American for warcrimes.
(This is no joke. The USA have a 'law' that gives them the 'right' to do this!)

Oh you say Tomayto, and they say Tomahto.
You say January first, and they say first of January...

sorry, it don't get any deeper than that.

By the way, I just saw that MY above post was submitted at 09:11PM.
Is that a coincedence, a sign or something in between?

Nevermind, is there anybody who knows WHY it's 01-02-2010 in America, & 02-01-2010 in Amsterdam, London, Paris, Madrid, Rome & Berlin? - to drop a couple of names.

On 06-06-06...nothing happened.

However I am getting a date but I do not know what it is for. June 20 2010. It's also my birthday...I will be 40 that day.

I am not sure if it's just old age, mid life crises type of thing or something more. But I keep getting the feeling something BIG will happen June 20 2010, my 40th birthday and I am also a twin. There are 2 of us celebrating turning 40 that day.

So the numbers I get are:

06-20-2010
40
2

I am a twin born under the sign of the Gemini. My sister and I are very opposite of one another. Both physically and mentally. I can't really explain why this date seems so ominous to me. I had no such feelings for other milestones in my life. My 16th, 18th, 21st, 30th...nothing. But this birthday marks something that will happen. I don't know what.

NO,no,no,no,no,no,no,no,no, Housemouse2!!!
It's 20-06-2010, not 06-20-2010!

As in BIG for a house mouse? (Sorry, I couldn't resist.)
Or BIG on a planetary scale?
'Something BIG' is rather vague.

Y'all missed the E-ticket ride of Numerology, really

Where were you at 34 minutes after noon on May 6, 1978 ?

I was having lunch at Carrow's restaurant on Redondo Beach Bl. in Gardena, California. Smiled to meself that no one else in the place noticed they slept right through:

12:34 5/6/78

without any lightning strikes, nirvana orgasms, sudden insights, or even a ... well, there were a few burgers delivered, but little fireworks.
