Default Can Holograms be filmed?

I sure hate to start another topic just to ask a simple question,
but I want to ask the entire audience here:

can projected holographics/holograms that appear in the sky, for example, be filmed and passed thru the internet ?

yes, I'm ignorant! lol... Happy New Year

Moxie....no, not ignorant, just an enquiring mind....that's how we learn. Great question..........I imagine since we can photograph orbs, ghosts which appear to be energy forms, then we should be able to photograph a hologram. What do you mean "passed thru the internet?

I can't help wondering if eg. the pyramid photographed over Russia was a hologram?

I am looking forward to other answers to your question

If they can be viewed by the naked eye, I don't see why they couldn't be captured on film.

I remember on CNN with Wolf Blizer in Jan/09 he was doing his daily show, & he interview another journalist from another country via hologram. She appeared right on his stage, a few feet away from where he was standing. You could tell it was a hologram. He did announce that this was the first time on CNN doing a hologram interview. there appeared to be a energy field around the woman, which one could easily see.

So Moxie it came through on the TV screen.

Thanks, that's the song,... but it's just not the same as Morrison huh? love it!!!

Anyway, you did say that it was discernable on tv that the hologram had a glow around it.... I'm interested because when & if holograms do appear in a staged event, there must be a way to prove they are holograms. thanks

anyone else?

Bill Cooper claimed that a hologram of the Crucifixion of Christ was shown to the U.S. Government by the Tall, Long-Nosed Greys...in 1954 at Muroc (Edwards AFB)...and that this holographic presentation was filmed.

Namaste

Wow that's extremely naive thinking, that was not a 'hologram' in any shape whatsoever, the person in question was in a small enclosure, being filmed by a series of cameras positioned around their body so that their entire body would filmed in a quasi-3d manner(similar to how avatar was filmed in 3d but not nearly as good), then said footage would simply be broadcast on top of the set at the CNN news studio, so.. it was not that much different than when they interview a person off-location sorry. It was like interviewing a person on a green-screen off-location and then putting them on top of the set.

My opinion is that a hologram(a real life hologram, a project blue beam hologram) would be able to be filmed on a camera, simply because if it's a 3d image that can be seen and looks real in real life then it should be no problem capturing it on camera, some people say the 911 planes were holograms and you can easily see em on camera, and yes they do look sketchy. And what about the norway spiral and moscow pyramids? they look solid and real on camera.. a freaking floating pyramid in the sky, so yes holograms should be able to be filmed.

If what you mean is a holographic projection, then yes, that has been possible for quite a few years now:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZabirEpp4ws
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xtpQloAn_3w
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3fyi11tO8nc
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kTHvaMEGDW4

So they can indeed be captured on film and video, as they use visible light. However you will also notice that they always involve some kind of intricate set-up, such as a dark cabinet or translucent screens - such projections are often used in trade shows and events. They also almost always require dim lighting. Those technologies are now commercially available, so most likely more advanced versions of this are available to those with more or less unlimited funds. Which might for instance lead to conclusions regarding some of the recently filmed and photographed events over Russia and Norway ...

Wow I find your response rather rude & unnecessary. Since you seem to be somewhat of an expert perhaps you could take it up with CNN.

I was merely quoting what Wolf Blizer announced....I didn't phone him and ask him all the technical details. I'd rather be naive than rude.
