Default Liver flush advice

Hello all, my first post here! Forgive the length, its kind of an essay!

Been having health problems lately (poor circulation, 'brain fog', bad digestion etc.) and was reading about the liver flush so thought that matched my symptoms and I should give it a go.

So I did my first flush a couple of weeks ago, (using the Andreas Moritz book) drank apple juice for a week before it, colonics before and after the whole shebang. Went pretty well, plenty of weird green stones came out (see Sauce's thread for similar images!) and I felt better for it.

HOWEVER, I'm now getting weird skin trouble I never had before! The skin under my eyes (esp. the right one) has gone even darker and very dry, plus I'm getting redness and dryness extending out onto the cheekbone. I'm using aloe + mousturiser on it but it persists. I wanted to plough on and do more flushes but I don't know what the hell is going on now so - here I am!

Wondering if anyone here with more experience can help explain what is going on? Is this kind of reaction normal and what should I do next?

Many thanks

Honestly Tom Jones, I mean Jom Tones , your symptoms could be caused by toxins being released from your body coupled with an over abundance of bile being pushed out into your system. I would go and get checked out by a General Practioner asap. Make certain that you do not have a deeper problem occurring before you experiment further...

Good Luck to you, and welcome to the forum.

drink lots of water,
and, put healing intentions into the water
that are in 100% alignment with you

that helps

remember; the skin, is the largest breathing organ, of the body !!!

and, it will only be temporary, and, will disappear, as, you cleanse

if you look at me, i am over 50

i am getting, younger, and, younger

cleansing works !!!

I would suggest if you haven't done a colonic AFTER the flush then you definitely do this. A std GP will tell you it won't work and too higher magnesium input... I'm just guessing on this one. I didn't seek my GP's advice but I did have a professional colonic the afternoon of the flush (as recommended by Andreas Moritz) and was regular before. There are many methods listed in the book on colon cleansing, there is a whole section on this. Cleaning after the flush is more important than before but good colon health is very important. If these stones get caught they can retox you with issues related to that... taking some more Salts may flush a tea spoon in water may help.

If your eyes darkened there is a section of the book on kidneys and black eyes... so maybe the next best thing to do is a good detox of all the waste elimination organs.

Of course the other option is milk and mars bars this route
http://www.quackwatch.org/01Quackery...s/flushes.html
I wouldn't recommend this option as it is most likely disinfo...

I can not comment on this option however as I've done it the way listed in my thread...
http://projectavalon.net/forum/showthread.php?t=16447

I read the whole book 2-3 times and was pretty healthy before I started but did notice my kidney's after the 3rd flush... No pain but could feel a dull ache like they were working harder... If these organs were already taxed then it would be worth the other flushes etc listed in the book before further liver flushes.

On apple juice right now... preparing for the 6th flush this coming weekend.

I just finished my second flush on the new moon, as suggested by Moritz. The second flush worked better than the first, just as the book predicted, and was much less stressful than the first.

Castor oil & or Aloe juice may also help between flushes.

Hi everyone, thanks for all the suggestions! Really appreciate it. My net connection has been flaky since posting but I read everything and it makes a lot of sense.

@Sauce - I did do a colonic B4 the cleanse. Your thoughts on kidneys made a lot of sense so I have started the kidney cleanse - about 1 week in now and it seems like the right thing to be doing, my eyes have cleared up a tiny bit now I think. Quite alarming!
