This will be easy to get out of as the person they will be asking for is the capitalized name on your social security card and not the human being . When you get your notice the name will be in all capital letters ( the Corporate you created upon birth registration). Not the human being you unless you show up and claim to be the person they created with your birth . You will be breaking no laws or statutes as they apply to corporations only (UCC) you might be asked for your birth date simply argue that you don`t know it and when pressed ask them what they remember about their birth , who have been told what your date was you have no way of proving it unless you use the certificate of birth same with your name it was given to you , you never selected it so how could you consent to being called it

I you would have listened to Alex Jones, you would know that it is not voluntary as this article states, but compulsory, and that it includes military service overseas, and you might like it even less.

What every needs to understand is look at the name on the paper when you receive it .It will be in all capital letters this is the entity they create at birth and if you are foolish to accept it as being you then you have no choice . It is in fact a corporation created in your name to which a bond floats on the markets that generates income for the U.S. Treasury . Now the 2 kinds of Law that exist are Common or civil Law and Maritime or UCC law . Anytime some one deals with commerce it is done by UCC law . What they are attepmting to do is have you give information that ties you to the Corporate name they generate for you at birth if you provide it your sunk . Blacks law dictionary defines a person as thus: A legal person, also called juridical person or juristic person,[1] is a legal entity through which the law allows a group of natural persons to act as if they were a single composite individual for certain purposes, or in some jurisdictions, for a single person to have a separate legal personality other than their own.[2][3] This legal fiction does not mean these entities are human beings, but rather means that the law allows them to act as persons for certain limited purposes—most commonly lawsuits, property ownership, and contracts. Basically it means your not a person you have a person. Legalise is a different language and words have different meaning when you are read your rights they will ask you if you UNDERSTAND these rights what that really means is will you stand under me if you answer yes they can take you away if you say nothing at this time yes will be implied . So you say no at this point they must reread you your rights and will again ask you if you understand now you say nothing as you have already answered this question . When you submit you bend to their will , when you apply you beg and noone should have to beg , when you register you give that which you register away retaining the equity portion of it and its use thats why child services can come for your kids whenever they want. Go to this website and research a person you will find out some surprises about you and what has been done to deceive you.In 1933 America was broke and in order to get money from the Fed they forced everyone to get a SS#(social Security )this made them government employee`s and as such they were entitled to benefits but they also had to pay tax and as such your future earnings and those that came after you were the security for the loans issued .
