I believe we can safely assume that the et's won't allow anyone to fire nuclear missiles or will at least disarm them if they do. what do you think?

Yes, that is confirmed by many sources. The whole incident with the "missing nukes" being flown from one airbase to another was one of many cases where the Cabal tried to aviod this, but they will never succeed as the ET's knows all that is going on. If "they" could use nukes they would have done so by now in both the US and Iran. Even a new 9/11 scale "terror attack" will not be allowed I have heard. And there will be no martial law in the US... So please do not fear. Read my other posts for sources etc...
