Default It's Hard To Be An Optimist

A lack of snow in Vancouver, screwing up the Winter Olympics, and more snow than we've seen in 30 years, here in Holland, screwing up Mother Nature, because of all the salt that's been sprinkled on the highways to keep the economy going.

It's hard to be an optimist, these days.

Looks like a conspiracy of the third kind to me.
But than again, what about weather control?
Perhaps TPTB don't like Winter Olympics.
Neither do I, but that's no reason for sabotage.
That's probably the reason why I'm not a PTB.

I like soccer, though.
Now, if TPTB don't like me...
... it's gonna snow in South Africa during the world cup!

And if I'm made out of wood...
... I'm a witch!

So, if I'm a witch...
... I can sabotage TPTB, by making it NOT snow in South Africa during the soccer world cup!

You see what I mean?
It's not so hard to be an optimist!

Hi Trancoso

I see from a different perspective, I endeavour to be joyfull and optimist within myself and give myself the benefit of the doubt that I will achieve what I have set my self to achieve and that is my own self integration

The world in which we are focusing is made by people, all have a different perspective and they are entitled to have it whether it agrees with ours or not and so I leave them do what they chose to do provided my boundaries are respected. It isn't easy with our education that teaches that we need to be liked by others and we have to win always but it is doable

Be at peace in the face of anger and calm in the face of chaos, that is my mantra

And may I add, do not worry until it happens. This does not mean that one should not be self responsible but to just let live take its course rather than try to force the course

Love

Yeah.. I was going to say the opposite too...

It's hard NOT to be an optomist

But then, each to his own as they say, no right or wrong way.. it's just how you are built that matters.

Still, it's easy enough to be delusional !

And with that in mind, I just hope that my own delusions clear as I age.

I'm learning to accept that it's hard to be optimistic for the world, because it's out of my control.. but being optimistic about myself.. well, no one can interfere with that.

Snow machine, or no snow machine

I have to be OPTIMISTIC....

The other day I saw someone running for a political office say "The US had involvement in 911"

I went....... WOW!!

of course they quickly backtracked but 2 years ago you would have NEVER heard that

AND

Over 80% of folks polled said the supreme court SCREWED up ROYALLY allowing companies to donate unlimited funds to political campaigns....

I figured out you can't wage war on the PTB....you change folk's minds

So yeah...Got a Smile today!!!

Peace Y'all
