Default Strong earthquake jolts urban centers of Alaska

By RACHEL D'ORO, Associated Press Writer Rachel D'oro, Associated Press Writer – 8 mins ago

ANCHORAGE, Alaska – A strong earthquake jolted urban areas of Alaska on Monday, sending people diving under desks and huddling in doorways.

The U.S. Geological Survey said an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 struck near the town of Willow at 11:28 a.m. The epicenter was 58 miles from the state's largest city, Anchorage, where the rumbled continued for several moments.

The West Coast and Alaska Tsunami Warning Center reported the magnitude at a slightly weaker 5.3 and said no tsunami will be generated. The USGS had reported a preliminary magnitude of 5.7.

There were no immediate reports of damage or injury, but the shaking was felt over a wide swatch of southcentral Alaska.

Aftershocks were shaking the area, with one about a half-hour later measuring 4.2.

One of many coming your way in the next months and years ahead, this is the march to the precession of the equinox, don't be afraid just understand whats going on , pray, and help one another. This is what it's all gonna be about in the coming times. We can make it thru all of this !

Thanks D62

Here's some more..........
Moderate quake shakes central California

Sat Jun 20, 9:28 am ET
PASO ROBLES, Calif. – A moderate earthquake has jolted part of central California's San Luis Obispo County.

County Sgt. Steve Himmelrich says several people called and reported alarms going off after the quake shook the area early Saturday.

But he said there were no reports of damage or injury.

The U.S. Geological Survey said preliminary reports estimated the quake at magnitude 4.6.

The USGS said the quake was centered about 15 miles west of the city of Paso Robles.

Something just happened here about 45 miutes ago, it shook my house hard, but only for about 2 seconds. I actually went outside and walked around my house to see if a huge tree fell or something, LOL.
I'm in between thunderstorms now and it was dead calm and no thunder or lightning when it happened. Very strange big thud or boom, only with no noise, but yet it shook my house abruptly. I even looked for cracks in the walls and ceilings to see if my house shifted or something, very weird!
My house sits in the middle of 5 acres of woods, but kind of on the side of a hill so that's why I was looking for big trees that might've fallen nearby or my house shifting somehow because of the wet ground from previous rains.
I'm not in an earthquake zone either, so very strange, I've never felt anything like it before.

I had some storms come through, but when that happened it was dead calm, no rain or anything. Looks like I've got more storms on the way though.

I talked to friend on the phone and he suggested maybe a sonic boom. I guess Dobbins Air Force base is nearby, about 30 miles.

Could this be why their spraying so much chemtrails now??Harp?? Last night myself and 4 other guys here at the shop all came down with sinus problems this morning and I was in the house most of the day yesterday. Looked like casper the ghost in the sky and my stepson in florida said the same thing yesterday.

FYI early today on the USGS geological site the earthquake today for the 7 day chart this morning was just below 800 which is really no big deal but in the last few hours maybe 4-6 it has jumped 70+ more earthquakes. I've seen it run up to 1400 so it's not a concern but maybe something to observe for now . For anybody that never really looks at that site 600-700 earthquakes a week in the U.S. is normal, the earth is always shifting a bit, but spikes are not common.

Dan, I live in N. Georgia myself. If the photo is truly of a dam near your home, it looks like you live near Canton. Anyway, from what I understand we DO live in an earthquake zone, and we have had two or three since 1999 or so. Not big ones, mostly in the 1 to 3 range. There is a fault that runs through White, Georgia. I also read somewhere that the Southeast USA is second only to California in earthquake possibilities. It's just that it has been a long, long time and it's not in our consciousness. Let's keep it that way!

Yeah that's it! good eye lindabaker! I did find out about minor earthquakes here after I posted that, but then also I found out that it could've been a sonic boom from a jet from Dobbins Air Force base. Still nothing on the local news here.

Dan - Here's an excerpt from an article, if you're interested in a weirder explanation

"Really advanced aliens could have some kind of controlled big bangs. Some high density pocket universes for power sources or they can leave this universe/dimension and travel to or make their own more productive places. People have talked about wormholes for possibly traveling within our universe but that kind of control of space and time means they could make their own dimensional places. I am not saying that this scenario is likely but we do not know that the dyson sphere/shell scenario or the Jupiter brain scenarios are the high probability end state technology version either."
