There are a bunch bills going into congress right now that are not in the best interest of the people of the United States. I've already mentioned a couple bills that would industrialize the businesses of small/organic farms and even penalize health violations with 100,000 -500,000 dollar fines. These ones are more "medically" oriented. The first one is called the mothers act or the Melanie blocker stokes act. This act asks for grants to study postpartum depression in pregnant women as well as providing "case management and comprehensive treatment services for individuals with or at risk of postpartum conditions". Basically they want to medicate pregnant women for the natural emotions of pregnancy. The the end of the bill the they say that it would spend 3,000,000 dollars in the fiscal year of 2009. Another bill called Education Begins at Home Act calls for home visitations from Psychiatrists for mental screening. The bill is quoted as saying:"(3) undiagnosed and unaddressed developmental and health problems can impede overall child development and school readiness;"
Please inform yourself by reading those bills and put a stop to them before they cause any damage to U.S. health and financial systems! http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill...?bill=s111-244 http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill...?bill=s111-324 After learning about the FDA's Black box warning on antidepressants that says that antidepressants can CAUSE suicidal thoughts, and seeing Melanie's story I beleive that the antidepressants may have given her the incentive for suicide. She had already been on four cocktails of drugs and had had elctroshock before here suicide so I think it's possible. And that tis why I don't want these bills passed because more women and even young children who don't know about this can be hurt! http://www.melaniesbattle.org/ http://www.naturalnews.com/022853.html http://www.fda.gov/cder/drug/antidep...ts/default.htm http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tzb2gD1fWpE Talk to your senators and representatives. http://www.usa.gov/Contact/Elected.shtml http://www.usalone.com/wtv_faq.htm Last edited by Rainchild; 03-23-2009 at 04:48 AM. |

Lol, sorry I'll clarify. Read the bills. The one about home visitations is for preparing kids mentally for kindergarten. You know with diagnoses and stuff
The problem with that is that people who take these drugs die 25 years younger. The media is not admitting that it's the drug's fault, but studies do say after long term use antidepressants, antinueroleptics, etc can cause heart problems higher risk for diabetes, obesity, etc. This was the only article I could find that tactually admitted the drugs were at fault: http://www.usatoday.com/news/health/...-illness_N.htm Last edited by Rainchild; 03-23-2009 at 04:54 AM. |
