I agree, I have that life experience too.
Sometimes I think, our life here on this planet, is a form of school and that we are sent here, probably voluntarily!?, to evolve.
Because of this ongoing test of ones endurance, all the time.
My dream is to have a life with mechanisms, which is high up on the “emotional ladder”.
But it doesn't seem to happen, so far.
Anyhow, keep on struggling.
