That is a theory. 12 buildings have shrunk to four. And who ever controls the cross controls the buildings.
Or these crop circles could mean totally something different. Try spinning them to see what you see. who knows?

it seems like the 12 has been reduced to one being the tallest building
and the buildings are on the corners this time made me think of Bluestar's
interview about four corners
is there any info on the direction the tall building faces?
