Is there fair and open bidding for these contracts?
There are so many 'done deals' without 'fair trade' in the military/security/key supply 'industries' - with the same 'investors' reaping the rewards again and again. Have they all got their trouser legs rolled up? Do they all have to shake hands 'properly'? No doubt - this reeks of 'insider trading'
