This just sounds like the Bio Dept vs the Fire Dept. Hmm all the same thing. It's
not one valiant faction over another - just all military experiments and augmented weaponry. IMO
It's Ebola (or something like it), amok, and kidnapped abused kids. Hooray for modern science.
