Jerry will cover the history of weather modification from the Rain-Makers of the 1890’s through the development of cloud seeding in the middle of the twentieth century to today's suspected ability to manipulate hurricanes.
Jerry will also include an update on recent developments at the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) and its possible connection to the crash of the Space Shuttle Columbia.
Tackling the “chemtrail” controversy, he will examine claims that chemicals are being deliberately injected into our atmosphere.
