I have Stewart's DVD Conspiracy Con 2006 & 2007. In his lecture for 2006, "Mind-Control to Mind-Patrol-Montauk & Beyond," he maps out in detail various mind-control programs.

He said that there were approximately 130,000,000 people world-wide at that time who were specifically mind-controlled to perform certain functions.

He also said that the Illuminati themselves are specifically programmed to carry out functions. They believe in it for themselves.
