I haven't viewed this information yet. but am looking for an alternative diet as we speak. I always find value in your post Luminari. and its true. while most seem to think thay have all they need. form sted fast opinions. and were not exempt from that. Ill look it over tonight. Im thinking of a living food diet myself with some meat. like yourself. but also concerned with gen-mod foods as well. please do post other dietary information you may have. Im willing and eager to change some of my eating habits. it will be received with thanksgiving.
