Benjamin Fulford posted something about this in his latest blog, that the chinese device would be in the $2,000 USD range (i.e. $1/watt, the magic number). Not that this 'verifies' anything but at least its being mentioned in more than one place (at least I think thats where I heard about it... I read a lot of different sites in a given day lol)
