Here we are again, 8/21, roughly 30 days later and the DEBT PER CITIZEN is now $38,200, an INCREASE of $789.00!

MORE than DOUBLE over last month which was nearly DOUBLE over the month prior.

Is this going to be a trend in the months ahead?
