I'm trying to cut my intake of soda and diet soda.

It doesn't help that I drink a lot of iced tea, which still has HFCS in it. I do drink less though and tend to be active enough to burn off any extra calories.

It doesn't help when I read stuff about tap water and beer and just about any beverage you can imagine. My problem is that people tend to emphasize the negative effects of just about everything to where others feel "backed into a corner" on what to eat, what to drink, etc.
