Listening to the higher frequencies loosens wax in my ears and brings about a calming effect that seems to last.

The more I listen to them, the more I notice gradual changes. My problem is letting go of my thoughts and sometimes, I will end up having to ask Archangel Michael for guidance when I am trying to meditate or when I am having disturbing dreams.
