(At about 27 minutes in he talks about getting minerals from ocean salt or pond salt (dehydrated sea water with all the nutrients in the correct ratio for us to thrive.... this is different to sea salt which is mostly NaCl with other nutirents, still much better than table salt (glorified industrial waste))

Now tap water here in Essex is ~350 ppm (parts per million) and my freshly distilled water is 2 to 4 ppm so my Mini Classic II distiller gets out over 99% of the parts in my water (which is good)
I then add a small amount ocean salt to get this water back up to ~250-350 ppm but made up of good stuff from the ocean
and then vortex the water/salt mix... I check the water with a TDS meter before and after the spin... but it doesn't taste salty (~1/5 of a teaspoon for ~2L)... but according to the salt website about the ocean salt has much more magnesium in it than calcium so I'm happy... ( Instant Ocean® should provide a solution that has 400 mg/L calcium ion and 1320 mg/L magnesium ion... so a 3.3 ratio which is probably what we need to be healthy... if it is good enough for fish).
