I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable, or cause painful memories to surface, if that be the case.
Yes, I do tend to wall up or "block" alot. It's an automatic response for me, that I haven't managed to get under control. (or perhaps it's an over control issue?) And haven't yet figured out how to remove those blocks and "break the wall down".
