I saw these too, several times this summer. They look like stars, but were moving. When I said in my mind that I wanted to make contact, that I was not afraid and I wanted to communicate with them-get this-they cloak out. Not kidding. Its a slow cloak out so I can see that they are doing it.

Once I saw two of them moving in formation, so then for sure I knew it wasn't satellites. Very interesting.....

I don't know if they are "ours" or "theirs". If they heard my psychic calling, is that possible? wow...
