definitely something... I have seen something like that one driving from Ft. McMurray to Edmonton at night. I noticed 3 lights in the sky, and the same triangular shape. There wasn't any pulsing though. The lights just moved across the night sky from east to west holding the same triangular formation all the way through.
I am guessing they were pulsing to get attention...
