well, write a FOIA request for your local NHS trust, Ambulance trust, Fire service and Police force asking for information regarding pandemic planning and preperation.
Approach any friends you have within large intensive care equiped hospitals and ask them to get the guide lines and government advice sheets out for 'bird flu and pandemic preperations' and give you a copy.
