I tried 'oil pulling' yesterday.
15 minutes of swishing.

First with olive oil. I don't recommend this. tasted disgusting. 15 min = eternity.

In the afternoon, I used a teaspoon of coconut oil (solid that melted in the mouth)
and preferred this. we'll see what the long-term effects are, but I had lots of energy
throughout the day into the evening. so the 'oil pulling' did seem to absorb in my system.
I'll try this (tbspn in a.m., tspn. pulled p.m.) and see what the long-term benefit is.

also, previously, I have noticed a real crashing effect in the early afternoon/evening.
I've been taking a multi-vitamin that contains chromium. I was suspect that something
was poorly interacting with the VCO.
yesterday, I didn't take the vitamin/chromium with an excellent effect. no crashing, felt terrific into the night.
so much for chromium and VCO.
