Yes the fens were only covered in water 200 years ago! Before that they were pretty much salt marsh & uninhabited though I must say at the moment the prospect of a nuclear war puts local cliffs crumbling and flooding in the shade.
Though I do believe in being guided to the right place I also believe in practicalities and decsion making based on everyday information.
