Hmmm, it's interesting to note just how much posturing is done by various countries as a means to let the other side know what "could" be at stake. Years ago, when the Berlin wall came down and the cold war ended, Russia had the opportunity to get back on its financial feet and with the help of US businesses to boot. Russia can now financially wipe out the US so why would one worry about nukes? By now, many know that 9/11, which is instigated by the Cheney cartel and was based upon taking out the US economy so as to redirect the US toward a one-world-government that Pappy Bush started back in the days when he was around JFK and likely had something to do with JFK's demise.
The military are chess pawns. All one has to do is watch deployment to get an idea of the next psychological move against other PTB in the world today. Most of this is just posturing with no real threat (in actual terms of nukes being fired) in the offing. For the most part all of this posturing is “pre-planned” where each of the sides are aware of what the other one is doing. At least awareness is present in the upper echelons of where these decisions originate.
It is best to stand in mode of the observer and on an energetic level continues to pour forth positive intention in the direction of the dysfunctional situation. In the end, it is our intention which controls the outcome of events, and to be effective ones intention must become focused on a positive outcome.
