how do you know you don't come with an "attachment" having attended a seance at the time?

i looked up that link and the first few lines of laura's/cassiopean conversation sent me up the wall - when a fine difference between commanding/asking/begging/pleading is made..not possible to gather what was meant..things like that put me right off...

my involuntary channeling made me search and find camelot, also brought me to this forum..i don't/i haven't tried for it...this is why i am guessing that it's happening to a lot of people and my being here is my way of learning to discearn. i feel that diffferent et factions are fighting for our attention and it's hard to tell who's integrious and who isn't..the whole thing it seems is in keeping with the time we're in..

i'd be a littele nervous if voices were telling me what to do/not to do... best l
