Part of the change is getting rid of the toxins within us to make sure we are working more efficiently. I've now complete 2 liver / gallbladder flushes and I've had over 300 stones come out of me varying from 20mm to 1-2 mm... I am amazed at the toxins we hold within us... I am definitely heading in the vegan route for the time of the cleanse and see where it takes me... Hopefully to more clarity
