Also I agree that the healthier the body gets, the more it stops 'wanting' things it doesn't need, shedding the layers of toxins it's gotten used to over time

All you have to remember is that your made out of light, things that lowers your pyshical(light body) vibration is bad. Example gold stays good for eternity, because it is from the source. Heavy metals lower your vibration by blocking it and or converting it to a lower frequency.
Everyhing that degrade overtime is not from to source!!!!
