Thank you all, after an hour an a half, I decided to shout from the windows and a frantic and now delighted couple have their kitty back and they will have the kittens in the morning.

Honestly if you could imagine it is unlikely for that to happen and how more unlikely it is to shout at the correct people in the middle of a big city and have them hear and find you.
