hi,
I've been taking VCO for a week now and have figured a few thoughts:

firstly:
it's better for me to take it by the melted tablespoon. I tried it as a 'butter' on
the morning bagel half and the metabolic effect wore-off by mid afternoon. crash.
I now take a full melted tablespoon in the morning and a teaspoon at lunch.
good to go all day. I may need to increase usage as I go, but for now this dose works well.

secondly:
it's a bother to melt VCO each time. I've been reading about MCT oil
(the pure extract that is always liquid) and will try a combo of VCO in the morning
(for the health benefits) and MCT at lunch (for the metabolic benefit).
does that sound smart to those who know?
any downsides to MCT?
